We are home

Well we made it to NY and back without any major catastrophes. We had a great trip. Unfortunately our trip home was hectic to say the least. We had a delay in our flight. We were supposed to leave at 6, then it was delayed until 8, then delayed again until 11:40. We had no choice but to sit at the airport and wait since no one lives close enough to the airport to go back and forth. We made some friends and made the best of it. We got home a little after 1am only to find out that our luggage and car seats did not make it with us. We had to borrow a car seat from the airport so we could get Sean home. We finally got our luggage back at 9:58 pm last night. They stop delivering to homes at 10pm, so you have no idea how happy I was to hear the doorbell ring. Everything was in my luggage, but my Mom's suitcase was damaged and they do not cover damage to handles, wheels etc.... so I am just out of luck. I will post some pictures. We had a great time. We went fishing and sat out on my Dad's boat which was fun. The kids went swimming in my Dad's pool, and I spent some time with old friends. I am just really glad to be home.
