The final count down

Well Christmas is just around the corner. I have made a list in my head of what gifts I will buy this year and it all seemed pretty reasonable. That is until this morning. I went to the dentist for a tooth ache that I have let go for too long. Lucky me I fractured my tooth and I need a root canal. :( I am telling you I take 2 steps forward and get knocked back 3. Well I can say at least we are all healthy for the most part and things seem calm lately. I am feeling a little stressed at work. Due to the holiday a lot of people have taken vacation which is fine but now I seem to be covering for everything. It will be challenging but I guess I will make due. What choice do I have. I would much rather be stressed and in high demand at work, then not have a job at all. I guess I will be happy for all I have and stop complaining about the bumps in the road.
