I hope everyone had an enjoyable Mothers Day. I know I did. We went to brunch, which was actually disappointing (the food was terrible) but all that counts is that I was with my family. We have been very busy lately. First we were in Florida visiting my sister and in-laws. That was a wonderful (but short) trip. Kevin and I really enjoyed our time together without the kids. We love those kiddos but it has been 8 years since we went away alone and we needed it. I think Tricia and Jason should just consider us to be semi annual guests from now on. Our trip down was awful. It took 1/2 a day to get there and we flew! Between over booked flights, and bad weather it was miserable. The week after we got home my Dad and Felicia came to visit and that was a lot of fun. Of course it rained most of the time, but we made the best of it. Kevin gave me beautiful diamond earrings for my birthday and that was a great day too! Everyone is doing well. We took Becca and Kevin to have there eyes checked. Kevin needed it for Kindergarten and Becca has been complaining of headaches. Turns out she did need glasses. I think she looks adorable in her new frames.

I agree, she does look cool!! Way much cuter styles from when we were little.. Isn't it cool to have glasses now? Either way she definitely looks pretty :)
