Tomorrow

Tomorrow is the day! I am so excited to go to NY and pick up my baby. I miss her so much. Becca is having the time of her life in NY. She misses us to but she would be ok with staying longer. I have 4 weeks to prepare her for the start of 2nd grade. I cannot believe how quickly this summer is whizzing by. Kevin is very lonely without his sissy, but I have to say, he is so much calmer and less agitated. She must bring out the best and worst in him. Becca told me last night to bring a big bag with me but only pack 2 outfits for myself. She needs the rest for her new clothes. She hit the jackpot with new clothes, shoes and toys of course. Work has been crazy to say the least and I am looking forward to my trip to NY alone. I will have the entire flight to hear my own thoughts, take a nap or read a book without interruption. I contemplated bringing Sean but he is at an age where he will not sit still and he is a screamer. Can’t have an entire plane full of people mad because of the wild child on board. I will only be gone for 2 days, so it will not be too bad on the boys. I am sure they will fill their time with swimming at Uncle Kenny’s house and just enjoying one on one with Daddy. Marty I am sure you are reading this…….. I hope your surgery is successful and your are feeling a thousand times better when it is done. Good luck!

Oh and I know I never updated after the NKOTB concert. I can honestly say IT WAS THE BEST NIGHT EVER and I do not care if anyone makes fun of me. I will be at every concert they have here in STL from this point forward. I felt like I was 13 again. Unfortunately I am not, and I recovered like a 31 year old. I lost my voice and ached all over. What was I thinking, jumping over seat to try and get close to Donnie??? LOL Yes Donnie was in the crown just feet away from me. AWESOME. I have to thank Jen. Although we were not sitting together I probably would have never gone had she not brought it up, and we did have Hanging Tough! Oh and thanks to my husband who went with me!
